We’re Hiring: Finance Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Level: Entry-Level to Mid-LevelWe are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business performance management. The ideal candidate will have strong financial expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to support business decisions through accurate financial insights and effective financial strategies. Key Responsibilities

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Prepare financial reports, management reports, and performance analysis for leadership review.
- Monitor financial performance, cash flow, profitability, and key financial metrics.
- Develop financial models and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
- Analyze revenue, costs, expenses, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support strategic planning, investment analysis, and business growth initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records, processes, and reporting standards.
- Manage accounting operations, financial controls, and internal reporting procedures.
- Collaborate with business teams to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Support audit processes, tax planning, and regulatory compliance activities.




- Identify financial risks and recommend strategies to improve business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of accounting standards, financial systems, or ERP software is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred but not required.
