Accounts Administrator (Accounts Payable Focus)
Full-Time | Onsite | Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator with a solid focus on Accounts Payable to join a well-established and growing business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

Working onsite as part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of accounts payable processes while supporting broader finance administration functions.

About the Role

This role will see you responsible for managing high-volume accounts payable processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team with reporting and administrative tasks. You will work extensively with NetSuite and Excel, requiring strong systems capability, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate confidently across all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
- Invoice matching, coding, reconciliation and payment processing
- Managing supplier accounts and responding to account enquiries
- Resolving invoice discrepancies in a timely manner
- Processing credit notes and maintaining accurate records
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Data entry and system maintenance within NetSuite




- Assisting with month-end accounts processes
- Preparing reports and reconciliations using Excel
- Supporting general finance administration tasks
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth account management
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance across all financial transactions

Essential About You

- Previous experience in an Accounts Administrator or Accounts Payable role
- Strong end-to-end Accounts Payable knowledge
- Experience using NetSuite
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional and proactive approach to problem solving

Highly Regarded

- Experience in wholesale, distribution, logistics, or product-based environments
- Exposure to high-volume invoice processing
