As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who can hit the ground running from day one. This isn't an entry-level leadership role—we're looking for someone who has successfully supervised residential construction projects, enjoys leading people, and is excited to bring fresh ideas, strong systems and continuous improvement to an ambitious and rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Be a role model who lives and promotes our culture, values and vision.

Take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of multiple residential renovation, extension and new build projects.

Lead trades, staff, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects run efficiently and professionally.

Maintain exceptional standards of quality, safety and organisation across every site.

Build strong relationships with clients while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Work closely with the Builder, head carpenter, clients and office team to ensure seamless project delivery

Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and site efficiency.

Provide leadership,



mentorship and direction to our site teams.

Solve problems proactively and make confident decisions that keep projects moving.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction.

Robust leadership skills with the confidence to make decisions and lead from the front.
