About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, strategic and customer‑focused leader who can:

- Manage and mentor a dedicated used‑car sales team

- Oversee stock acquisition, pricing, merchandising and online presentation

- Drive sales performance through robust processes and customer engagement

- Maintain exceptional standards of compliance, presentation and professionalism

- Deliver consistent results while upholding the Audi brand experience

What You Bring

- Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or Senior Used Car Consultant

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team

- Excellent knowledge of used‑car market trends,



valuations and stock management

- A results‑driven mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction

- High level of organisation, communication and accountability
