We are seeking a motivated and proactive Stores & Procurement Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing support, and administration.

We are looking for someone who is confident, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who can work independently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Placing and monitoring purchase orders with suppliers.
- Receiving and receipting goods accurately into our systems.
- Managing inventory and stock levels.
- Coordinating deliveries and maintaining organised storage areas.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Processing documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilising Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word daily.
- Assisting with general warehouse and logistics activities as required.
- Build relationships with local suppliers

About You

- A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to work.




- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- The confidence to take ownership of tasks and solve problems.
- Experience with purchasing, ordering, inventory control, or receipting goods.
- Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A current forklift licence, or the willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience in stores, warehousing, logistics, procurement, or inventory management.
