We're entering an exciting new chapter. As we transition from an external marketing agency to an in house marketing function, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the journey.

Working directly with our Managing Director and leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to shape our marketing strategy, grow our brand across Australia and New Zealand, and build a marketing function that delivers real commercial results.

This isn't a role where you’ll inherit existing processes. You'll have the autonomy to challenge ideas, introduce new initiatives, and create a marketing function that supports the next stage of Rostron's growth.

As the business continues to grow, you will recruit and mentor a Marketing Assistant, building your own high performing marketing team.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all marketing activity across Rostron Australia, and NZ.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing our annual and quarterly marketing strategy
- Driving qualified lead generation and supporting business growth
- Monitoring campaign performance and continually improving ROI
- Managing advertising budgets and marketing spend
- Overseeing our websites, landing pages and marketing automation
- Managing SEO initiatives and improving website performance
- Creating and overseeing content across social media, email marketing, blogs and customer communications
- Protecting and strengthening the Rostron brand across every customer touch point




- Managing relationships with external agencies, suppliers and creative partners
- Analysing campaign performance and presenting insights to the Leadership Team
- Recruiting, mentoring and developing a Marketing Assistant as the team grows

About You

You're a marketer who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and delivering measurable results.

You'll ideally bring:

- 5+ years' experience in marketing
- Experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong digital marketing and paid advertising experience
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and marketing analytics
- Experience managing websites, landing pages and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent communication and copy writing skills
- A commercial mindset with a solid understanding of ROI and lead generation
- Confidence analysing data and making informed decisions
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

Experience in Financial Services, Automotive, Property or another lead generation focused industry will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
