We’re looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our small team and keep our busy Coopers Plains operation running smoothly. About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day receival and dispatch of trailer parts, ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time. You’ll manage workflow, allocate labour, maintain a safe work setting, and uphold high standards of customer service.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment and takes pride in running an efficient, tidy and well‑organised operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support a small warehouse team
- Ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and promptly
- Maintain a clean, organised and hazard‑free work area
- Ensure machinery and equipment are operated safely and in line with WHS requirements
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients to support excellent customer service




- Promote safe work practices and compliance with company policies
- Oversee freight bookings and computerised warehousing systems
- Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards of finished product
- Complete all associated paperwork accurately and on time
- Participate in WHS activities including hazard identification and reportingasi
- Contribute positively to team culture and daily operational efficiency

About You

We’re seeking someone who brings both leadership capability and practical warehouse experience.

You will have:

- The ability to lead, motivate and develop a positive team culture
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Flexibility and confidence managing multiple tasks at once
- The ability to work effectively under time pressure
- A solid understanding of WHS requirements

A current forklift licence (essential)
