We are seeking a passionate and driven Quality Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Safety, Quality & Compliance, you will lead a small QA team and play a pivotal role in embedding a culture of quality, food safety, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operation.

This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact by leading quality systems, internal audits, GMP compliance, root cause investigations, documentation control, and staff training. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive quality performance, strengthen food safety standards, and support operational excellence.

You will be responsible for

- Ensure and continually improve the quality performance and hygiene standards of the factory.




- Lead the internal audit program and ensure effective close out and compliance.
- Perform quality testing procedures to verify products meet specified requirements.
- Investigate quality failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
- Support and participate in activities related to Safety, Health, Environment, Food Safety, and Quality improvement projects.
- Ensure ongoing adherence to Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Own the quality management system documentation and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and toolbox talks to educate staff on quality procedures.
- Lead product and customer complaint investigations, ensuring timely root cause analysis and effective corrective actions to protect our brands, consumers, and business.
- Drive compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements through coaching, training, and monitoring to ensure consistent product quality and batch conformity.

What you’ll bring

- Five (5 +) Years experience in food manufacturing
- Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and GFSI based regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Experience in conducting internal audits and quality testing processes.
- Ability to manage customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
- Familiarity with training staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.
