About the role

Precision Fire Protection Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Fire Technician - Electrician to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across residential and commercial projects within a supportive and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

- Perform fault-finding, repairs, and rectification of fire and electrical systems.
- Service, test, and maintain fire alarms, EWIS, emergency lighting, and related equipment.
- Diagnose faults and restore systems to operation.




- Complete service reports and compliance documentation using Uptick.
- Perform system upgrades, modifications, and maintenance works.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other trades.
- Attend emergency call-outs when required.
- Maintain high WHS standards and participate in ongoing training.
- Assist with project delivery and identify opportunities for system improvements.

Requirements

- Current NSW Electrical Licence (essential).
- Fire protection industry experience.
- Experience with fire alarms, EWIS, emergency lighting, and related systems.
- Robust fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Current Driver’s Licence
- White Card.
- FPA accreditation highly regarded.
