Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for content, social media, and digital marketing? We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist who can not only create standout content — but also drive real marketing results.

This is more than a social media role. We want someone who can shoot, create, strategise, and execute — and bring fresh ideas to the table before we even ask.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content across all platforms — while also running targeted campaigns that grow brand awareness and deliver measurable results.

Working closely with our team on-site, you’ll capture real moments, build our brand presence, and continuously improve performance through smart, data-driven marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video, photo, and graphic content
- Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & more)
- Create and manage Google Ads and targeted social media campaigns
- Develop audience-focused strategies that drive engagement and conversions
- Apply SEO best practices across content and campaigns
- Design and execute creative marketing campaigns with measurable results




- Collaborate with staff to capture authentic, engaging content
- Engage with our online community and build strong brand loyalty
- Monitor performance and continuously optimise campaigns
- Stay ahead of trends and proactively bring new ideas, strategies, and proposals to management

What We’re Looking For:

- A motivated, forward-thinking self-starter who takes initiative
- Proven experience in content creation (video, photography, editing)
- Strong skills in graphic design and digital content production
- Experience with Google Ads, paid social ads, and targeting strategies
- Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing performance
- Confident communicator who can tell stories that connect with audiences
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Ability to work around teams and capture natural, engaging content
- Someone who brings ideas to management — not waits for them
