Elevate Rehabilitation is a growing Exercise Physiology and rehabilitation clinic based within Fitness Junction, creating a unique workplace where rehabilitation and health-focused fitness come together.

Elevate Rehabilitation works with a diverse range of clients across musculoskeletal rehabilitation, workers compensation, CTP, chronic disease management, post-operative rehabilitation, NDIS, DVA and general health and fitness. Our Exercise Physiologists deliver personalised 1:1 rehabilitation, small group sessions and ongoing coaching within the supportive Fitness Junction environment.

We work closely with a multidisciplinary network of GPs, physiotherapists, psychologists, specialists, insurers and other healthcare professionals to ensure our clients receive comprehensive and connected care.

As Elevate Rehabilitation continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist who shares our passion for helping people, values genuine client relationships and wants to be part of a team that is making a meaningful difference in the community.

Exercise Physiologist Role

The Exercise Physiologist will be responsible for delivering evidence-based exercise rehabilitation while actively contributing to client outcomes, referral engagement and community growth.

This role is suited to an EP who enjoys a combination of clinical work, relationship building, exercise coaching and being part of a growing rehabilitation-focused team.

Clinical Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive functional, musculoskeletal and exercise capacity assessments.





- Develop and deliver individualised exercise rehabilitation programs.

- Manage clients across musculoskeletal injuries, chronic disease, workers compensation, CTP, NDIS, DVA and post-operative rehabilitation.

- Deliver individual and small group exercise therapy sessions.

- Monitor client progress and modify programs based on outcomes.

- Complete clinical documentation, reports and communication within required timeframes.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals including GPs, specialists, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

- Support return-to-work planning and functional improvement strategies.

Group Exercise Coaching

The role will also involve supporting our small group gym environment by:

- Delivering safe, effective and engaging strength and fitness sessions.

- Coaching exercise technique and ensuring appropriate exercise progression.

- Modifying exercises for different abilities, injuries and health conditions.

- Creating a welcoming and supportive gym culture.

- Supporting member onboarding, equipment familiarisation and exercise education.

- Building relationships with members to encourage long-term participation.

- Identifying opportunities for members who may benefit from Exercise Physiology services.

Referral Engagement & Clinic Growth

As part of a growing practice, the successful applicant will also contribute to strengthening Elevate Rehabilitation’s referral network through:

- Building relationships with GPs, specialists, insurers and allied health providers.

- Providing high-quality clinical updates and reports to stakeholders.

- Attending case conferences and multidisciplinary meetings.

- Educating referrers on Exercise Physiology services and referral pathways.

- Supporting community engagement opportunities including workplaces, sporting clubs and local events.

- Assisting with educational content and clinic promotion.

Key Performance Expectations





Success in this role will be measured through both clinical outcomes and contribution to clinic growth, including:

- Maintaining a consistent clinical caseload and quality service delivery.

- Achieving positive client outcomes through evidence-based rehabilitation.

- Maintaining robust client engagement and retention.

- Completing reports and documentation within required timeframes.

- Actively contributing to referral growth and stakeholder relationships.

- Participating in professional networking and community outreach activities.

- Maintaining ESSA registration, professional development and clinical governance standards.

We are looking for a Full-time Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team at Elevate Rehabilitation.
