Argo Coal Management is seeking a Workplace Trainer to join the team in office at Ironbark No.1, reporting to the Health, Safety, Training & Risk Manager. You will deliver high-quality training and conduct assessments for our site workforce, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external compliance standards.
You’ll take a hands-on approach, providing in-field coaching and support to maintain strong training standards across the site.
