We're Looking for an Experienced Duty Manager to Join Our Team!

About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional customer service while leading and supporting our team. You'll oversee bar, gaming, and floor operations, maintain high operational standards, and help create a welcoming experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and supervise staff during shifts.
- Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the venue.
- Oversee daily bar, gaming, and floor operations.
- Open and close the venue, including cash handling and end-of-day procedures.
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS, and venue policies.
- Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels across all areas.
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance.
- Support the implementation of promotions, functions, and special events.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For





- Previous experience in a hospitality management or supervisory role.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate.
- Current RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) Certificate.
- Approved Manager or Licensee qualifications (highly regarded).
- First Aid Certificate (desirable).
