About the Role

Onsite Training Australia is looking for a hands-on Strategic Trainer to join our growing team. Based primarily in Central QLD, you'll deliver practical, no-fuss training to some of Australia's largest employers in Mining, Rail, and Construction — with national travel as required.

This is a full-time role on an 8/6 roster — 8 days on, 6 off — with a mix of FIFO site delivery, face-to-face, and online facilitation from home.

What You'll Deliver

- TAE40122 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Strategic Training)
- Leadership & Supervisor Workshops — S123 and G2 (additional RII qualifications highly regarded)
- Practical, onsite training using client systems and procedures — no generic content

What You'll Do

- Deliver engaging, industry-relevant training onsite and online to an existing session plan
- Maintain compliance records and support learning resource development
- Create and update existing training packages
- Represent OTA professionally on client sites across Central QLD and nationally

What You'll Need





- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment — essential
- RII S123 and G2 competencies — essential
- Additional RII qualifications — highly regarded
- Experience with Instructional Design — highly regarded
- Comfortable working FIFO, face-to-face, and online
- Organised, reliable, and a no-fuss approach to training delivery
