Are you an experienced Site Manager open to relocating to Brisbane for the right opportunity?

We are partnering with a highly respected commercial builder delivering projects from $50M+ across South East Queensland. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of major commercial projects.

This opportunity would suit someone currently working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder, or an experienced Site Manager with a smaller contractor looking to step into larger, more complex projects with long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day delivery of commercial construction projects onsite.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Drive programme, productivity, and quality outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams.




- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
- Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise.
- Mentor and lead site teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
- Experience on projects valued from $20M to $100M+.
- A background working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders is highly regarded.
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and site sequencing.
- Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and quality assurance processes.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Relevant construction qualifications and site safety certifications.
