About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Brisbane construction team. This is a hands‑on role suited to a confident construction professional with robust coordination and communication skills.

You’ll be the driving force onsite - ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with scopes, legislation, and quality standards. With a blend of supervision, client liaison, WHS compliance, and on-the-ground problem‑solving.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Running and coordinating day‑to‑day site operations for insurance repair projects
- Making sure work meets scope, quality, construction standards, and WHS requirements
- Working with homeowners, trades, and internal teams
- Conducting onsite compliance audits and quality control inspections
- Managing site documentation, updates,



and records through project management systems
- Supporting trade procurement, materials coordination, and variation processes
- Representing Ezy Projects professionally on‑site

What You’ll Bring

- Experience supervising construction projects
- Cert IV in Building/Construction or equivalent
- Construction Induction Card
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Strong understanding of NCC, BCA, and WHS requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital project management tools
- Previous experience in the insurance building sector (highly regarded)
