The role

Facilitating face-to-face teaching on-site in Rozelle.

Teachers provide explicit, guided learning experiences in their areas of expertise through a variety of learning dynamics and options, including:

- 1:1 learning sessions





- 2:1 learning sessions

- Small, interactive group sessions

- Subject-specific lessons

- Holiday programs or workshops

Key responsibilities

- Use observational assessment and student data to inform planning

- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated learning experiences

- Provide versatile learning experiences based on student needs

- Support diverse learning needs to maximise student engagement

- Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues

- Bring your own device (laptop) to each shift

- Maintain records and communication in line with Bright Sparks guidelines

About you

You are a dedicated teacher who:

- Is passionate about student wellbeing

- Differentiates curriculum with confidence

- Creates engaging, relevant learning experiences

- Acts with integrity and professionalism

- Contributes positively to a community-focused workplace

Values diversity and student individuality

Skills & experience

- Teaching qualification (Primary, Secondary, or Early Childhood)

- Maintain a current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

- Reliable, punctual, and organised

- Confident using digital tools and email

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
