As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires someone who is fluent in bothEnglish and Mandarin, as you will regularly communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, investors, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Develop new business opportunities and grow the company’s client portfolio.
- Act as the primary point of contact for English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Translate and interpret conversations, meetings, and business correspondence where required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects and client requirements are delivered efficiently.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, reports, and service agreements.
- Resolve client enquiries and issues promptly and professionally.




- Maintain accurate records within the company’s CRM system.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and business functions when required.
- Support the Director with business development and client communications.

Skill & Experience

- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) – this is essential.
- Previous experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Skilled presentation and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable transport.
