Ozcare has a permanent part time position available for Registered Nurses supporting our clients at our beautiful Burleigh Heads Aged Care Facility.
Your Role
As a Registered Nurse you will be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:
- Co-ordination of client care needs, including assessment, case management and developing individualised Care Plan
- Assisting the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessments
- Providing support and supervision of Care Assistants
- Liaising with clients and their significant others, and members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes

Role Requirements
- Be vaccinated against Influenza & have received at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine
- (P) PAID NDIS Worker ClearanceORNational Police Check (valid within the past 3 years)
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Current CPRCertificate
- Willingness to learn and develop AN-ACC knowledge
- Sound clinical knowledge
