Quality Lifestyle Support is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lifestyle Support Worker to join our team in Ipswich, QLD. As a Lifestyle Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by providing personalised support and enabling them to live as independently as possible. This is a casual role, offering flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks




- Facilitate engaging and meaningful community participation, social activities, and recreational pursuits
- Provide a high level of personalised care and support tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences
- Advocate for client rights and ensure their wellbeing and safety
- Maintain detailed client records and documentation

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a similar role supporting individuals with disabilities or in the aged care sector
- A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Working with Children's Check (Blue Card) (ability to obtain)
- Disability Services Positive Exemption Card (yellow card) (ability to obtain)
- First aid certification (ability to obtain)
- NDIS required training Modules Free and Easy to obtain
- Own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smart Phone
