Job position Technical Specialist Responsibilities A comprehensive role like this one calls for taking up the following responsibilities:

- Translate software requirements into workable programming code.
- Knowledge of Agile software development processes including Scrum and Scrum ceremonies.
- Work with Team members and discuss technical solutions with them.
- Engage with Development, QA, and Product Management teams to implement strategies, including code reviews.
- Lead the entire design process, from identifying the problem statement to guiding it through every stage until it transforms into live code.
- Collaborate with product managers, executives, and subject matter experts to integrate specific design requirements and visual treatments, while organizing information effectively.
- Maintain ongoing, open communication between design and development teams to seamlessly integrate front-end design with back-end functionality.
- Utilize tech stacks such as Core Java, JSP, Spring, JDBCTemplate, Custom Tag libraries, MySQL, and Webservices within your work scope.

Relevant Qualifications As a potential candidate, you are expected to have the following skills (technical):

- Over 7 years of expertise defining and documenting system architecture, involving technology, framework, and pattern selection, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security of solutions.
- Extensive 7+ years’ background in constructing web applications using J2EE (JSP, Servlets), Core Java, with profound hands‑on experience in Spring core framework, Spring Boot, and Maven.
- In-depth comprehension of front-end web application technologies like HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and crucial jQuery development exposure.
- Proficiency in MySQL or another RDBMS variant, backed by 7+ years of experience in database construction and interfacing.
- Robust technical acumen coupled with a comprehensive grasp of the product development life cycle.
- Proficiency in using JIRA or similar issue and project tracking tools.
- Familiarity with Agile software development processes, including Scrum methodologies.
