About the role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Underwood branch and take ownership of its continued success.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving branch profitability, leading and developing your team, growing customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence across the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with customers, motivate your team and identify opportunities to grow sales while delivering the exceptional service Kirby is known for
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching and developing team members

About you
To be successful in this role, you'll be a motivated leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for building successful teams and customer relationships.
Ideally, you'll bring experience from wholesale distribution, HVAC&R;, industrial products, electrical, plumbing or another trade-focused environment.
You'll also demonstrate:
- Proven leadership experience in a branch, operations or sales management role
- The ability to build strong customer relationships and identify business development opportunities
- A strong focus on safety, team engagement and operational excellence
- Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A track record of achieving business and financial outcomes
