We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Landscape Labourer with experience in hardscaping to join our agile team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of hardscape features including patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other concrete features.
- Collaborate with the team to execute projects on time and according to design specifications.
- Operate various machinery including roller, skid‑steer, and excavator (training can be provided for certified candidates).
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, holding a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Participate in project planning meetings, offering input and feedback based on on‑site experience.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment, embracing and promoting our inclusive culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hardscaping projects; familiarity with civil labor, concreting, and drainage an asset.
- Possession of a valid White Card.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Machine operating tickets for roller, skid‑steer, and/or excavator are advantageous but not essential.
- Strong desire and readiness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a commitment to diversity and teamwork.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on physically demanding tasks.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and driven with a professional attitude towards work.
