The Role: An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager looking to transition into a Team Leader position. You'll oversee a team of five Property Managers and a Leasing Consultant while managing your own boutique portfolio of approximately 50 properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of 5 Property Managers and a Leasing Consultant
- Managing a portfolio of 50 properties end to end
- Overseeing trust accounting processes, including mid month and end of month procedures
- Assisting with team development, workflow management and process improvements
- Maintaining exceptional service standards for landlords and tenants
- Property Tree and Inspection Express

The Candidate: We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager who is ready to take the next step into leadership. You'll enjoy developing people,



be highly organised and have strong operational knowledge across all aspects of property management.

You will bring:

- 3 + years as a Senior Property Manager
- Confidence leading or mentoring others, either formally or informally
- Robust understanding of trust accounting, including mid month and end of month processing
- Experience using Property Tree and Inspection Express or similar
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A current driver's licence and Real Estate Registration is required
