You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival through to departure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a resort environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Skills & Experience

- Previous hotel front office experience highly regarded
- Knowledge of RMS or similar PMS
- Strong communication and professional telephone manner
- Positive computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work a versatile roster including evenings and weekends
- Well presented with robust organisational skills
