This represents an extremely rare opportunity to join an impressive Mid Tier accounting firm based in Brisbane. This firm provides their loyal client base with services ranging from Business Services, Tax, SMSFs, Bookkeeping, audit and CFO Advisory.

POSITION

The position of Business Services Associate Director due to future succession planning.

There is an established client base on offer with no requirement to bring in recent clients.

The role will involve:

- Work alongside the Partner to manage client relationships ($1.5m + in fees)
- Tax advisory and consulting
- Training, mentoring and developing the team (on shore and offshore)

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- CA/CPA




- 15+ years experience within Australian Public Practice within reputable firms (Ideally Mid Tier or Top 100)
- Excellent technical tax ability
- Genuine passion to progress to equity in the short term
- Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Stable employment history from reputable firms
- Full working rights (no sponsorship provided)
