About the Role

We're looking for a Compliance & Quality Officer to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This role is central to ensuring Invigorate Ability meets NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct requirements, while driving continuous improvement across service delivery, documentation, and internal systems. We'd also be open to growing this role to full-time (5 days per week) gradually over the next 6-12 months as the organisation continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

NDIS compliance and audit readiness, including internal audits of participant files, incident reports, and progress notes

Incident management, including oversight of reportable incident submissions to the NDIS Commission

Policy and procedure management, including staff compliance, training, and monitoring

Participant file governance, and regular quality assurance spot checks





Complaints handling, and maintenance of the organisational risk register

Systems and process improvement across ShiftCare, iinduct, and other business systems

Regular compliance and quality reporting to leadership

About You

Strong understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct, and Restrictive Practices requirements

Experience in a compliance, quality assurance, audit, or risk management role within disability, healthcare, aged care, or community services

Certificate IV in Quality Auditing, Work Health & Safety, Community Services, or an equivalent qualification (highly regarded)

Confident working with ShiftCare, Xero, iinduct, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace

High attention to detail and robust organisational skills

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Requirements

Current First Aid and CPR certificate

Working With Children Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Recent Police Check

Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
