We are currently seeking a Property Management Assistant to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and eager to build a rewarding career in real estate.

There are two administrative support staff for the Property Management team.

Ideal Candidate for this role

- Certificate of Registration or Assistant Agent.
- Passion for building a career in Property Management.
- Current NSW driver's license and reliable motor vehicle.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.




- Strong work ethic, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Availability to work Saturdays (time in-lieu available during week).
- Driven to grow and take on current challenges.
- Mandarin language skills highly regarded (not essential)

Primary responsibilities of this position include

- Conduct Property viewings, including Saturday open for inspections.
- Assist with ingoing / Outgoing & routine inspections.
- Manage the prospective tenant database for leasing enquiries & application reference checks.
- Co-ordinate maintenance and liaise with tradespeople and tenants.
- Supporting the Property Manager with day-to-day tasks.
