What you'll need
- Previous experience in residential property management.
- A sound understanding of Queensland Residential Tenancy Legislation.
- A current driver's licence.
- A current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.
- Confidence, initiative and a solutions-focused mindset.
- A genuine passion for building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
