We're looking for a confident, capable Medical Receptionist who is seeking long-term, stable employment and wants to make a genuine difference.

As a GO2 Medical Receptionist you're more than just the first face our patients see - you're are the heart of our patient experience.

You play a key role in supporting individuals who often need patience, empathy, and understanding.

This is a fast-paced, front-of-house role suited to someone who brings maturity, calmness, and strength, and finds purpose in caring for others.

The role:

We currently have a Medical Receptionist opportunity available. The position may be offered part-time or full time depending on the successful applicant, providing flexibility for the right candidates as the clinic continues to grow.

You will play a vital role in creating a calm, supportive, and respectful experience for every patient, particularly those who may be vulnerable or require additional care.

Working at the centre of a busy clinic, you will help ensure the smooth coordination of care within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm, professional, and reassuring front desk experience

Support veterans and vulnerable patients with empathy and respect

Manage a high volume of calls with patience and efficiency





Coordinate appointments and maintain clinic flow

Work closely with clinicians within an integrated care model

Use CRM and practice management systems confidently

Maintain accuracy while balancing competing priorities
