We're looking for an experienced Head Brewer to lead our on-site brewery and continue delivering the quality, innovation and consistency that 4 Pines is known for.

About the Role

As our Head Brewer, you'll take ownership of all brewery operations, producing our award-winning core range alongside exciting, limited release beers. You'll be responsible for planning production, maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring the brewery operates safely, efficiently and in line with best practice.

This is a hands-on role where you'll also be an ambassador for the 4 Pines brand, working closely with our hospitality and commercial teams to bring our beer story to life for customers, partners and the wider community.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead all day-to-day brewery operations and production planning.
- Brew 4 Pines core range and develop innovative limited release beers.
- Maintain exceptional quality and food safety standards throughout the brewing process.
- Manage raw material purchasing, inventory and supplier relationships.
- Oversee brewery equipment maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.




- Partner with venue and commercial teams to support events, activations and brand experiences.
- Deliver brewery tours, tastings and consumer education, sharing your passion for craft beer.
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest brewing standards.

About You

- You'll be a passionate brewer who enjoys both the technical side of brewing and connecting with people.
- Recognised technical brewing qualifications (desired)
- 3-5 years experience in brewing with knowledge of recipe development and a flair for creativity
- A love for beer – tasting it, talking about it, designing it, creating it.
- Desire to engage passionately with stakeholders and the public about 4 Pines beer and brand.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage customers and represent the brand.
- A genuine passion for craft beer, innovation and continuous improvement.
