Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and execute module and voice picking tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) effectively and safely as part of daily warehouse operations.
- Perform a variety of general warehouse duties, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to maintain the flow of products within the warehouse.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments as well as inventory management tasks when required.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and procedures to promote a safe workplace for all.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities,
suggesting and implementing ideas to improve efficiency and warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is highly regarded; however, this is an inclusive chance open to individuals eager to learn and grow.
- Proficient in operating EPJ’s, and familiar with module and voice picking techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to provide a clear National Criminal History Check (NCCHC) as part of the hiring process.
- Willingness to participate in a face-to-face interview and complete any required functional testing.
