WHAT YOU WILL GROW & BE A PART OF
- Coordinate the scheduling, allocation and movement of surgical loan kits to ensure they are available and ready for scheduled procedures.
- Prepare, inspect, replenish, pick, pack and dispatch loan kits accurately and on time, including managing urgent and last-minute requests.
- Process returned kits, verify contents and coordinate cleaning, replenishment, repairs and any required follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate inventory, kit-tracking and transaction records in SAP, applying FIFO/FEFO principles and supporting stock counts and reconciliations.
- Communicate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse,
freight providers and Operations to resolve availability issues and deliver timely customer outcomes.
WHAT QUALS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- SAP experience with 1-2 years’ experience with material handling and processing, working in the medical device industry or equivalent experience.
- Experience as a loan kit coordinator within medical devices.
- Excellent analytical abilities with good written and oral English language communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a group environment and ability to work on a variety of tasks daily.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and under pressure.
- Ability to communicate ideas and/or issues effectively to other team members and management.
- Robust attention to detail when documenting required information/issues.
- Intermediate to expert level Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in Word and Outlook with experience using RF Scanners.
- You must have full working rights for Australia and be able to work 5 days a week in the office based in Lane Cove.
