Marketing & Brand Manager

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will lead the execution of Brisbane Smiles' marketing strategy, manage campaigns, coordinate suppliers and contractors, maintain brand standards, oversee marketing projects and support a growing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the annual and monthly marketing calendar
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and launch activities
- Track deadlines and keep projects moving and on schedule
- Manage workflow,



multiple priorities and key stakeholders
- Review and proof marketing assets before approval
- Maintain brand consistency and quality control
- Liaise and coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and suppliers
- Coordinate in‑practice promotions, keep them moving and on schedule, and measure performance
- Support content scheduling, social media planning and asset organisation
- Support web developers, website updates and digital platform specialists

About You

You are highly organised and naturally detail‑oriented. You enjoy seeing projects completed properly and take pride in maintaining high standards.

You are likely someone who:

Essential Skills

- 3+ years in marketing, project/brand management or campaign coordination
- Strong organisation and time management
- Excellent written communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong technology skills
- Ability to work independently

Highly Regarded: Marketing Coordination experience, healthcare/dental experience, Canva, WordPress, social scheduling, supplier management, basic design understanding.
