We are seeking an experienced paraplanner to work closely with the founding Partner and his team. This role sits within an experienced financial advice team where you will put your skills to excellent use, supporting High-Net-Wealth clients with complex and sophisticated needs.

We are seeking a motivated paraplanner looking for a long career in advice development, where your contribution to the client outcomes and success is valued and rewarded through sharing in the team performance and bonuses.

You will form a key part of the advice team, working alongside dedicated, motivated and ambitious professionals in a high-performance workplace, supported by strong systems, collaboration and shared success.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Prepare high-quality personalised Financial Plans, Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and other financial modelling documentation
- Conduct strategic research across superannuation, insurance, investments, retirement planning, and wealth creation strategies
- Analyse and interpret client data to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information




- Partner closely with Advisers, Associate Financial Advisers and Client Service Officers to deliver compliant, efficient, and client-centric advice documentation
- Manage end-to-end paraplanning workflows and maintain strong turnaround times
- Work with operations staff to identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI tools, and smarter workflows
- Contribute to technology and digital transformation initiatives across the business
- Support process redesign and continuous improvement projects to enhance scalability and client experience
- Stay current with industry regulations, financial strategies, and emerging advice technologies

We expect successful candidates to have experience commensurate with the responsibilities outlined, reinforced with strong organisational and communication skills. Attention to detail, sound interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously are essential.

Along with demonstrated paraplanning experience, the successful candidate will need a high level of proficiency in the use of Xplan to accurately prepare and manage financial strategies, and advice documentation in support of advisers and client outcomes.

This role is suited to an experienced paraplanner looking for an opportunity to take accountability as a technical lead exhibiting subject matter expertise in financial advice. Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate value in supporting associate advisers and PY candidates to develop their knowledge and would be rewarded as part of the remuneration package.
