About the Position: The Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of Western Sydney College’s Parramatta campus.

This position is responsible for overseeing administrative functions,



managing resources and teams, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards (including ASQA and CRICOS requirements), and supporting the delivery of high-quality vocational education services. Reporting to senior management, the Office Manager will drive operational improvements, coordinate campus activities, and contribute to the College’s commitment to student success and organisational excellence in the international education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to planning, review, and improvement of office services and operational standards. Allocate and manage human resources, workspace, and equipment for efficient campus operations. Direct and supervise administrative teams, delegate responsibilities, and monitor staff performance.

Manage office budgets, financial accounts, invoicing, and documentation systems. Liaise with departments, trainers, and external professionals to resolve operational issues. Oversee sourcing, maintenance, and inventory of office equipment and supplies.

Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations and workplace procedures. Ensure work processes comply with legislation, RTO policies, ASQA standards, and procedures.



Coordinate personnel activities including hiring, promotions, payroll, training, and supervision.

Manage campus scheduling, trainer allocations, and classroom coordination. Support compliance preparation, internal audits, and reporting cycles. Implement office policies, administrative procedures, and operational workflows.

Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders on operational planning. Prepare operational and compliance reports and maintain administration systems. Coordinate vendors and service providers for procurement and facility maintenance.

Monitor compliance deadlines, regulatory updates, and internal procedures. Requirements: Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.

At least an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma. Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration. Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, budgets, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external providers. Sound knowledge of compliance requirements, preferably in the VET or international education sector (experience with PRISM enrolment system is highly regarded). Proficiency in office management systems, financial documentation, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
