About the Role

You’ll program, set and operate CNC Mills and Lathes to produce precision components to engineering drawings and customer specs. Equipment includes:

- Okuma CNC Lathes and Machining Centres
- Makino 5-Axis Machining Centres

Responsibilities include reading technical drawings,



selecting tooling and machining strategies, in-process and final inspection using precision measuring equipment, quality documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement.

About You

- Trade qualification in Engineering (Machining) or relevant industry experience
- CNC programming, setting and operating experience — milling and/or turning
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Highly regarded: 5-axis experience, CAD/CAM (especially Mastercam), Okuma controls, ISO 9001/AS9100 knowledge.
