We are seeking an ambitious, driven and well-presented Sales Associate to join a high-performing team specialising in Sydney's premium Eastern Suburbs market.
This is an outstanding opportunity to learn from an established, market-leading agent while building the skills, database and profile required to become a successful standalone Sales Agent.

The Role
- Assist with buyer management and vendor communication.
- Attend open homes, auctions and private inspections.
- Prospect for new business through calls, database management and follow-up.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and property launches.
- Prepare appraisals, listing presentations and sales documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every campaign.
About You
- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence.
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a strong desire to build a long-term career.
- Highly motivated, energetic and resilient.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Professional, organised and confident working in a premium market.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
