About the Role

As a Tour Guide, you’ll:

- Lead interactive tractor tours across our 200+ acre working tropical fruit farm
- Share engaging stories about our fruits, their origins, and how they’re grown
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests from a diverse range of cultures
- Answer questions, inspire curiosity, and create memorable visitor experiences
- Assist with general duties to support the smooth running of our farm and visitor centre

What We’re Looking For

- Confident, transparent communicator who can engage audiences of all ages
- Enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate about sharing knowledge




- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience (tourism/hospitality an advantage)
- An interest in tropical fruits, horticulture, or the local region
- Availability to work Fridays through Mondays, plus public holidays as required
