We're currently seeking an experienced Brisbane-based Senior Development Manager to join GRAYA™. In this role, you'll take ownership of complex, high-value projects from acquisition through to settlement, while playing a key leadership role across our broader development team.

You'll work closely with Directors, consultants, sales agents, builders, and authorities to drive commercial outcomes, design quality, and delivery excellence across GRAYA's luxury residential and mixed-use portfolio.

What You'll Do

- Lead the full development lifecycle end-to-end, from site acquisition and feasibility through to settlement and close-out.

- Drive feasibility analysis and investment papers for new opportunities, with robust commercial modelling and market-backed assumptions.

- Oversee design development and statutory approvals across local and state authorities, managing consultants including architects, planners, and engineers.

- Set and review project pricing strategies in collaboration with sales agents and Directors,



and monitor ongoing market positioning.

- Monitor project budgets, programs, cashflows, and financial performance, preparing regular reporting for Directors.

- Coordinate sales contracts, construction interface activities, bank drawdowns, PCG reporting, and settlement logistics.

- Manage defects, RFI and variation processes, and construction close-out activities through to final account.

- Administer Development Agreements and third-party arrangements, maintaining strong relationships with councils and authorities.

- Provide mentoring, guidance, and performance support to Development Managers and broader team members.

- Support new business assessment and site acquisition to strengthen GRAYA's long-term development pipeline.
