SALES REPRESENTATIVE / EPOXY FLOORING CONSULTANT

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60K Base
Commission: Uncapped. $30K should be minimum

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help drive the next stage of growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a consultative sales role focused on converting qualified leads into sold projects.

You will spend most of your day on the phone to homeowners, builders, property managers and business owners to assess their needs, provide recommendations and close deals for epoxy flooring solutions.

You will be supported by proven systems, strong marketing and a growing brand reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Attend scheduled client consultations mainly via phone
- Assess project requirements and take measurements
- Recommend suitable flooring solutions
- Prepare and present quotations
- Follow up leads, quotations and sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Achieve agreed sales targets
- Represent EFC professionally at all times

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Previous sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualified presentation
- Self-motivated and driven
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to work independently
- Computers skills are very important
- Ability to deal with high volume and highly paced sales process

You must have a sense of humour and enjoy workplace banter!!

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

- Construction industry experience
- Flooring industry experience
- Estimating or quoting experience
- CRM experience
- Trade background
- Home improvement sales experience
