Join our team as a Warranty Administrator, where you'll play a key role in processing warranty claims for 4x4 accessories and vehicle upgrades across Australia out of our head office in Brendale.

This is a transactional role that requires precision, efficiency, and strong attention to detail. You’ll be the link between customers, suppliers, and internal departments, helping ensure timely and accurate claim resolutions that support the adventure-ready reputation for the entire Aeroklas Asia Pacific Group.

Key Responsibilities

- Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise with suppliers, branches and customers to gather required documentation and resolve queries
- Maintain clear and up-to-date records of claims and outcomes
- Apply warranty terms and conditions consistently across claims
- Collaborate with your team to manage national claim volumes
- Support reporting and analysis of claims data to identify trends and improvements

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a warranty administration or transactional processing role (preferred - automotive industry highly regarded)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation, including the ability to make decisions under pressure and information provided
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment and contribute to a shared workload




- Familiarity with automotive components or 4x4 products is advantageous
- Intermediate computer skills (required) and experience with warranty/claims systems (highly regarded)
