Monadelphous are seeking an experienced QA/QC Coordinator to join our PNG Operations team until mid-2028, based in the Brisbane office until December then on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 4:4 roster.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, this position will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Monadelphous Quality Management policy, system, and strategies with a particular focus on quality control on site in PNG.
What you will bring
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate
- 5+ years’ experience working in a QAQC position within the resources sector specifically being MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Piping) focussed.
- IIW IWI-S or CSWIP 3.2 welding inspector qualification, highly regarded
- Proven experience driving the implementation of product verification and project completions documentation within a structured program
- Experience working in a dynamic multi-national project team to deliver quality product outcomes
- Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
- Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
- Experience working in PNG or remote locations (highly regarded)
