Greencross Vets Tuggeranong is welcoming a veterinarian to join our close‑knit, supportive team in Canberra’s south. This opportunity is open to new and recent graduates, as well as early‑career vets looking for strong mentorship in a clinic where learning, teamwork, and balance are genuinely prioritised.

The clinic has recently undergone a full renovation, creating a light, bright, and airy environment that’s a pleasure to work in. With a long‑standing leadership team including a Practice Manager who has been with the clinic for over 20 years, this is a workplace defined by stability, experience, and genuine care for both people and pets.

Your Role

- Deliver compassionate, personalised care to patients and clients
- Consult with clients and perform routine surgeries at a pace that supports learning




- Develop confidence in diagnostics and case management using evidence‑based medicine
- Receive structured mentoring and day‑to‑day support from experienced team members
- Contribute positively to a warm, team‑focused clinic culture

There are no after‑hours or weekend requirements, with 24/7 patient care supported by our partnership with ARH Canberra.

Qualifications

- BVSc or DVM (or equivalent) eligible for registration in the ACT
