Certis Security Australia is hiring a Learning & Development Manager to drive workforce readiness across the Sydney Airport portfolio. You will translate legislation and airport requirements into high-quality training, accreditation and coaching, ensuring every employee is compliant and audit-ready each shift.

You will lead induction, recurrent training and CPD programs while managing LMS governance, pre-roster competency gates and audits with regulators and operators.
