A well-established not-for-profit aged care provider in Dubbo is seeking an experienced and people-focused Care Manager to join their supportive leadership team.

About the Role
As the clinical leader within this medium-sized residential aged care home, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical care, mentor and support the nursing team, and work closely with the Facility Manager to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.
This role combines clinical leadership, staff development, quality and compliance, and resident-centred care within a welcoming and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the clinical team to deliver outstanding resident care
- Support and develop Registered Nurses and care staff
- Drive clinical governance and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor care planning, assessments and clinical documentation
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and allied health professionals
- Support accreditation readiness and ongoing compliance
- Collaborate closely with the Facility Manager and wider leadership team
- Promote a positive, supportive and accountable team culture
About You
You are a compassionate, organised and approachable leader who enjoys supporting others to deliver exceptional care.
You will also bring:
- Previous experience as a Care Manager, Clinical Manager or Clinical Care Coordinator within aged care
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Confidence managing clinical governance, audits and accreditation processes
- Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Strong understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
