We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to work closely with the Director in a fast-paced, multi-business environment.
This is not a traditional admin role and offers diversity and exposure to a broad range of challenges. It will suit someone with a solution-focussed mindset, who applies their skills to meet needs beyond expectations. The ideal applicant will be tech savvy, working two steps ahead, with the ability to triage priorities, and ensure everything runs smoothly, quietly and professionally. Being a great cultural fit within our team is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, deadlines and priorities
Draft and manage professional correspondence (internal and external)
Prepare documents, briefs, summaries and checklists to support daily execution
Track key actions and follow-ups to ensure nothing is missed
Provide high-trust administrative and operational support across varied workstreams
Handle sensitive matters with discretion, sound judgment and confidentiality
About You
Proven EA (or similar high-trust support) experience
Highly organised, calm, proactive and solutions-focused
Strong judgment, professionalism and attention to detail
Comfortable in a agile environment with shifting priorities
