Karmo is changing how people access vehicles through our innovative subscription model. As we scale nationally, we are looking for a strategic leader to step into the role of National Fleet Manager.

Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will move past traditional, legacy maintenance frameworks to focus on long-term strategy, digital transformation, and sustainable growth. You will lead and mentor our national team of fleet administrators, ensuring high operational efficiency, robust compliance, and optimal vehicle utilisation across all states.

What You'll Be Doing

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing national team of fleet administrators.
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute long-term fleet strategies that directly align with our commercial, financial, and customer service goals.
- Financial & Budget Management: Take ownership of high-level financial planning, budget management, and capital allocation to drive cost efficiencies.
- Compliance & Governance: Oversee fleet compliance, safety standards, and regulatory frameworks across all state jurisdictions.
- Tech & Telematics: Lead the integration of advanced telematics and data analytics to optimise fleet security, reporting accuracy, and operational intelligence.
- Vendor Management: Cultivate solid, high-level strategic partnerships with key external suppliers and vendors.
- Risk Mitigation: Build and refine robust risk management and contingency frameworks for fleet operations.




- At least 3 years of senior leadership experience within the automotive or mobility industry.
- A proven track record of managing national teams, logistics, and change management.
- The ability to make high-level, data-driven decisions and manage scalable fleet programmes.
- Experience driving digital transformation and modernising fleet capabilities (rather than just managing standard maintenance).
- A history of meeting or exceeding organisational KPI targets.
- A current, valid, full Driver’s Licence and High School Certification.
- Background in vehicle rental management or vehicle subscription services.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of fleet budget preparation and financial management.
