FourQuarters Recruitment is seeking a senior HR leader for a multi-site Australian business based in the heart of Parramatta CBD. Reporting to the General Manager for People this role oversees ER/IR, WHS and Talent, delivering high-level HR services across the organisation.

You will lead a large team, shape people strategies, develop policies, partner with senior leaders, ensure governance and compliance, and drive a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
