About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and hands‑on Maintenance Fitter to support operations at our Oxley site. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems
- Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns
- Support improvement projects and equipment upgrades
- Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with CHEP standards
- Maintain workshop safety and uphold 5S standards
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance practices and equipment reliability
- Participate in site meetings and collaborate with operations teams

About You

- Trade qualified in mechanical disciplines
- Restricted Electrical License (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in industrial or production maintenance




- Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic skills
- Adaptable and solutions‑focused approach
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
